Rod Run vs. Shades of the Past - Pigeon Forge Forum

Privacy Statement. We would definitely stay here again I. The future. The check in staff was amazing and gave usvstep by step directions on how to get there. Our cabin was very clean and spacious. I like the fact that it had 3 full bathrooms. There was only 4 of us but there was a futon and full bathroom in the pool room if you wanted 6 people to stay.

There was not major to complain aboutbut a few minor things like how thin the walls were you could hear every little noise , I would have liked to have seen newer dvd players 2 out of the 3 did not work, and new pool sticks all but one were missing the tips. But Honestly I would rent the same cabin again I loved the setup and the privacy we had while in the hot tub. Staff was very friendly and helpful at the office. The personal phone call to make sure all was going well was very nice.

Cabin was great! Customer service was so very kind, genuine and helpful from the first call until the end of our stay. We will be calling Aunt Bugs again when we stay in Pigeon Forge for an affordable getaway!

Had a great visit. Ppl were very professional and helpful. The cabin was good needs new carpet and one toilet stopped up. Besides that it was a good experience. Our stay was excellent. Staff was nice and friendly. Our cabin was awesome, clean, nice and had everything we needed plus more! Our original reservation was in Gatlinburg. After the wildfires, the staff was gracious to switch us to a cabin in Pigeon Forge ; allowing my wife and I to keep our anniversary trip to the Smokies. It was all good except for one problem.

The TV did not work initially. We did get it working but no sound. Ok for football, but no much else. Cabin very clean, spacious and well located. However there were no kitchen supplies to get us started and the response to fix the DVD was very slow. The cabin needs a booklet to explain things e. TV channels, appliances etc.
